Susan Swavely began their career in 1994 as an HR Generalist at Meridian Bancorp. Susan then worked as a Sr. Recruiter at CoreStates Bank from 1996 to 1998, followed by a role as an HR Generalist at First Union National Bank from 1998 to 2000. From 2000 to 2003, they served as a Career Outplacement Consultant at Manchester Inc. Outplacement. In 2003, they joined REA - Partners in Transition, initially as a Manager/Sr. Career Consultant before progressing to Director of Operations. Susan held this position until September 2020 when they took on the role of Director - Global Service Delivery. Currently, Susan serves as the VP of Global Service Delivery at REA - Partners in Transition.
