Lee Jones

Lee Jones is an experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on employer branding and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Employer Brand at REA Group since August 2023, Lee previously held several key positions at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from February 2019 to August 2023, including Creative Director and EMEA Employer Brand Marketing Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Expedia Group as Employer Brand Manager and Destination Marketing Manager at Discover Yorkshire Coast. Lee co-founded APPS FOR MUSICIANS LIMITED, overseeing the award-winning app TAD, and has also worked at Fuse Mobile and Melodic Music. Lee holds a Digital Marketing Leadership Qualification from Squared Online.
