Grif Maupin

Grif Maupin is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in operational excellence and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Leader at Rea Magnet Wire since November 2024, Grif has held significant roles such as Corporate Master Black Belt at Motrex LLC and various positions at Purdue Manufacturing Extension Partnership, including Program Manager for Operational Excellence. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Faurecia, Allied Recreation Group, Inc., Harley Davidson Motor Company, and Honda of America Manufacturing, demonstrating expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Grif holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Marquette University, a Master Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma from SigmaPro, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
