Simone Francis

Simone Francis started their work experience as a Project Co-Ordinator at Risk Methods and Solutions in July 2009 and worked in that role until July 2013. Simone then joined ACI Worldwide in August 2013 as a Quality Engineer and worked in that role until November 2022. Most recently, in November 2022, they joined Reach Digital Health as a QA Engineer.

Simone Francis obtained a National Diploma in Information Technology from Cape Peninsula University of Technology from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Sarepta Secondary School from 2002 to 2006, although no specific degree or field of study information is available for this period. In addition, Simone received the ISTQB Foundation Level certification from iLAB in August 2015.
