Jon Hartis

Jon Hartis has extensive experience as a Chief Technology Officer in the restaurant industry. Jon started their career at Reach Hospitality Group in 2016, where they were responsible for technology operations at their various restaurant concepts. In 2017, they joined Ojos Locos Sports Cantina, a Latino sports bar, as the Chief Technology Officer. Jon also served as the Vice President of Technology at Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer and Pie Tap Pizza Workshop + Bar. Jon has expertise in implementing technology solutions and enhancing the customer experience in the food and beverage sector. Jon has also been a member of advisory councils, such as Olo and Winsight, providing their insights and expertise to shape future products and events in the industry.

Jon Hartis earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended DeVry University from 2010 to 2014, where they studied Computer Information Systems, with a focus on Database Management, Information Systems Security, and Systems Analysis and Integration. Jon Hartis also completed their high school education at South Garland High School from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they obtained the FAA Part 107 sUAS Remote Pilot Certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration in September 2017.
