Harshitha Krishnakumar

Harshitha Krishnakumar has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and industries.

In 2012, they started their career as an intern at Indian Bank.

In 2014, they joined Reflexis Systems as a Strategic Planning Intern, where they gained valuable experience in strategic planning.

Later that year, they joined ZS Associates as a Business Analyst. Harshitha worked in a client-facing role and managed a team of three. Harshitha'sresponsibilities included analyzing sales figures and providing insights, evaluating the performance of sales representatives, and conducting market research. Harshitha also implemented a process improvement tool and won an innovation challenge.

In 2016, Harshitha joined the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade as a Senior Editor on the Editorial Board.

In 2017, they interned at Amazon as a Strategy and Operations Intern.

In 2018, they joined Sterlite Power as a Management Trainee. During their time there, they quickly moved up the ranks and held positions such as Deputy Manager and Manager, International Business Strategy. Harshitha'sachievements included identifying and prioritizing global opportunities, creating business cases, and successfully pre-qualifying in international bids.

In 2020, Harshitha joined TiaTech as a Program and Product Owner, specifically focusing on TiaTele.

Most recently, they will be joining Reach as a Program Manager starting in 2023.

Harshitha Krishnakumar began their education in 1995 at St. Joseph's English medium high school, where they completed their Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching. Harshitha then went on to attend Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering Hons. (B.E. Hons.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2016, they enrolled in the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance, General in 2018. Additionally, they pursued various certifications related to business development, project management, finance, and communication from institutions such as LinkedIn, Coursera, ICICI Securities, and Omnex India between 2016 and 2019.
