Alexandria Sims has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Alexandria started their career as a Tumbling Instructor at Power Cheer Athletics in 2012 and later worked as a Tumbling Instructor and Coach at The Pride of Arkansas Cheer & Dance Company. In 2013, they became an Instructor, Social Media Director, and Prep Program Coordinator at iNFiNiTi Athletics, Inc. At the same time, they also worked as a Research Assistant at the Intervention Sciences Laboratory-University of Arkansas.

In 2014, Alexandria continued their research work as a Research Assistant at the Human Performance Laboratory-University of Arkansas, where they were actively engaged in a project on co-morbidity of PTSD and alcohol dependence. Alexandria then joined Kanakuk in 2015 as a Kitchen Staff member, responsible for managing food preparation, meal set-up, and cleaning services, while also ministering to campers.

Alexandria progressively advanced to the roles of Senior Transformation Associate, Client Delivery Manager, and ultimately, Director of Client Solutions. During their time at Reach Partners, they led global enterprise-wide transformation initiatives for Fortune 100+ companies, specializing in complex global digital transformations, organizational change, and agile adoption.

In 2020, Alexandria took on the role of Product Owner and Operations Associate at reachXOD, where they were responsible for managing product ownership and operational tasks. Alexandria Sims has a diverse educational background in psychology, kinesiology, and performance psychology. Alexandria obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Arkansas in 2016. Alexandria then pursued a Master of Science degree in Performance Psychology from California Southern University and completed it in 2019. Prior to their higher education, Alexandria attended Monte Vista Christian High School and obtained their high school diploma in 2012.
