Ashley Flanagan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager at REACH WIRELINE since January 2018. Previously, Ashley worked at Tucker Rocky Distributing as a Human Resources Business Partner and as a Human Resources Generalist, focusing on strategic HR solutions, employee relations, talent management, and compliance with legal requirements. Prior to that, Ashley held roles at Amentum as a Sr. Benefits Specialist, supporting global benefits for over 25,000 employees, and at Broadlane and CAE Simuflite in various HR capacities. Ashley possesses strong expertise in employee advocacy, coaching management on performance processes, and implementing HR programs, along with a solid educational background from the University of Oklahoma.
