Alex Santos

Alex Santos is the Co-Founder and CTO of Reachdesk, a company that provides a platform for businesses to manage their customer engagement. Alex has over 7 years of experience in software engineering and has held various leadership positions in the tech industry.

Santos graduated from Imperial College London with a degree in Computer Science. Alex started their career as a software engineer at Yieldify, where they eventually became the VP of Architecture. In this role, they were responsible for leading the engineering team and overseeing the technical direction of the company.

In 2016, Santos co-founded Alpha Exchange Ltd, where they served as the CTO. Alpha Exchange is a financial technology company that provides a trading platform for institutional investors. Santos was responsible for leading the engineering team and setting up the company's development and quality processes.

In November 2017, Santos joined Visible Alpha as the Engineering Lead. Visible Alpha is a data platform that helps investment firms discover ideas and value research for MiFID II compliance. Santos was responsible for the design and architecture of software projects, development and testing of web applications, and setting up of infrastructure. Alex also oversaw the company's Information Security and Technology Infrastructure.

Santos is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of Reachdesk. Reachdesk is a customer engagement platform that helps businesses manage their customer interactions. Santos is responsible for leading the engineering team and overseeing the technical direction of the company.

Alex Santos has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade de Coimbra and a Bachelor's degree (Study Abroad) in Computer Science from Texas Tech University. Alex also has a Technician in Computer Science and Management from Escola Tecnológica e Profissional de Sicó.
