The founding team at REACH has a history of working in leadership positions at various companies. These include Eli Lilly and Company, Halman-Aldubi Group, and Baratz, Horn & Co. They also have experience in the Israel Defense Forces, where they served as Platoon Sergeants in a Special Forces Unit. All of the founding team members have a Law and Business Administration degree from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya), where they graduated Cum Laude.
