Kaley Dean

Kaley Dean currently serves as Administrative Manager at Reaching Milestones, overseeing employee scheduling, client information management, insurance communications, and company budgeting since May 2023. Previously, Kaley worked as an Ophthalmic Technician at Austin Eye, where responsibilities included obtaining medical histories, administering diagnostic tests, and managing electronic medical records from July 2022 to May 2023. Kaley's earlier experience at Reaching Milestones as an ABA Clinician involved tracking behaviors in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and maintaining client progress documentation from September 2019 to June 2022.
