Ciara O'Loughlin

Ciara O'Loughlin is an accomplished journalist with a diverse background in news reporting and editorial roles. Currently serving as a News Reporter for the Irish Mirror at Reach plc since April 2024, Ciara previously worked as a Showbiz Reporter for Daily Mail Australia and held various positions at the Irish Independent, including News Reporter and Breaking News Reporter. Earlier experience includes roles as a Journalist at DMG Media Ireland, an Editorial Intern at IMAGE Magazine, and news-related positions at Dublin City FM and RTÉ Radio 1. Ciara also led the news team at DCUfm as Head of News and contributed as Deputy Features Editor for The College View. A graduate of Dublin City University, Ciara holds a BA in Journalism focusing on Print, Audio, and Video.
