Mustapha Modaffar

Mustapha Modaffar currently serves as the Experimentation Manager at Reach plc, leading the Experimentation team within the Data Science function at the largest commercial publisher in the UK since May 2023. Prior to this role, Mustapha worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Beauty Labs, an Amyris Inc company, where responsibilities included deploying an ETL pipeline utilizing AWS services to enhance influencer marketing strategies. Earlier experience includes a position as a Data Scientist at TUI, where Mustapha developed predictive models using extensive datasets, and participation in the Analytics & Data Science Graduate Leadership Programme. Mustapha's career began as a Special Educational Needs Support Worker at Gentle Hands Care Agency. Mustapha holds an MSci in Natural Sciences, with a focus on Neuroscience, Psychology, and Synthetic Organic Chemistry from UCL.
