Derek Rakestraw

Derek Rakestraw's work experience includes a role as Director of Operations at React Health (formerly 3B Medical, Inc.) starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at CHEP, where they held various managerial positions in transportation, supply chain optimization, logistics, and sales and operations planning between 2011 and 2021. Derek also worked as a Graduate Assistant in Strength and Conditioning at the University of Florida from 2009 to 2011.

Derek Rakestraw holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from the University of Florida, which they obtained from 2003 to 2008. Derek then pursued a Master's Degree in Sport Management from the same university from 2008 to 2010. Derek later completed a second Master's Degree in Management from the University of Florida between 2010 and 2011.
