She joined Reaction Engines to form the HR department because she wanted to work for an organization that puts people first and does things differently. Lisa now heads up a highly talented HR team responsible for recruitment, learning and development, reward and recognition, engagement, organizational development, employee relations, and employee wellbeing. The team also plays a vital role in how they attract, select, develop, and engage employees at all levels.

It’s a role she loves, from working closely with every employee to planning the HR strategy for a successful future. It’s no wonder she’s already helped guide Reaction Engines to win the prestigious Employer of the Year at the 2019 South and Vale Business Awards.
