Tom MacKman

Tom Mackman is currently the Head of Systems Architecture, Performance and Aerothermal Analysis at Reaction Engines. Tom previously worked as a Product Lead for Zero Emissions Aerospace at Applied Technologies and as an Engineering Project Lead for the HX3 heat exchanger subsystem for the SABRE core engine demonstrator programme. Prior to that, Tom was an Aerodynamicist at Reaction Engines and also worked at Cambridge Flow Solutions Ltd. as an Application Support Engineer. Tom completed their Doctor of Philosophy in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Bristol and holds a Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the same university. Tom also gained work experience as an intern at Airbus UK and at Advantage CFD.
