Mark Eltom

Mark Eltom is an entrepreneur focused on technology-enabled spirits maturation and R&D. They are the founder of Reactory, an early-stage deep-tech startup, and were the founder of Eltom Distillery Limited (2022–2025). They previously served as Chief Executive of Accuro Limited (2020–2022) and held research and advisory roles across academia and government, including The University of British Columbia (Researcher & Viticulturist, 2005–2008) and the Government of Canada (Legislative and Policy Assistant, 2009–2010). They earned a Ph.D. in Viticulture and Enology from Lincoln University (2010–2013) and a B.Sc. in Chemistry, Honours, from Western University (2000–2004).
