Zoe Hobbs

Zoe Hobbs has been working at Reading Borough Council since July 2007, holding various titles such as Portfolio Management Office (PMO) & Change Delivery Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) Manager, Analyst and Change Team Manager, and Business Analyst. Prior to this, Zoe worked at Prudential Assurance as a Business Analyst from June 1998 to June 2007. Zoe obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cardiff University and The Abbey School.
