Lynda Kissling

Lynda Kissling has over 40 years of experience in payroll, accounts receivable, and human resources. Currently serving as the Corporate Payroll Administrator at Flatiron Crane Operating Company and Payroll/HR Administrator at Reading Crane & Engineering Co. since September 2012, responsibilities include managing multi-state payroll functions, taxes, and benefits. Previous roles include A/R Team Lead at Iron Mountain, where Lynda utilized Oracle and SKP systems for accounts receivable tasks, as well as handling daily bank reports and payment reconciliations. Early career positions include Accounts Receivable at Grand View Medical Co., Payroll/Personnel Assistant at IVECO Trucks of North America and MAYER POLLOCK STEEL CORP, and Senior Payroll Clerk at GENERAL BATTERY. Lynda is an honor graduate in Business Administration and Management from Boyertown High School and has further education from Montgomery County Community College.
