Elias Tousley

Elias Tousley has a diverse range of work experience. Elias began their career at RNJ Sports as a Sales Specialist, where they analyzed customers' injury history and gait to recommend appropriate products. Elias also handled inventory and sales of specialty sports and fitness equipment. Elias then worked as a Summer Intern at ProActiv Physical Therapy.

Moving forward, Elias joined Haverford College IT Center as a Support Technician. In this role, they were responsible for troubleshooting and repairing hardware, software, and printers. Elias also conducted research and documented resolution procedures while effectively communicating technical solutions to students, staff, and faculty. Concurrently, Elias worked as a Research Assistant at Haverford College Physics Department. During their tenure, they conducted research on bird behavior and presented their findings at prestigious conferences.

Elias later joined Reading Plus as a Research Analyst, where they conducted QA tests and provided technical support to students, teachers, and technicians. Elias successfully elevated the quality of technical support within a short period of time. Following this, Elias embarked on a new chapter in 2022 as a Senior Software Engineer at DreamBox Learning.
