Ann G.

Ann G. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Ann started their career as a Branch Manager at Arcadia Group Ltd in 1994 and held the position for almost a decade. Ann then worked as a Store Manager at Store Twenty One for a year before joining Tesco as a Clothing Manager in 2004. During their time at Tesco, they took on various roles, including Senior Clothing Operations Manager and Change Team Project Manager. In 2018, Ann transitioned to project management roles in different companies such as Opus People Solutions Ltd, BizSpace Ltd, and Igentics. Ann also worked as a Co-Author and Facilitator for Yoga Teacher Training Programmes. Ann'smost recent role is as a Digital Project Manager at Reading Room, which they assumed in 2023.

Ann G. has a diverse education history with a focus on business, finance, human resources, law, and management. In 2020, they enrolled at The Open University and completed their MSc Open degree, specializing in Business, Finance, Human Resources, and Law. Ann continued their studies at The Open University and obtained an MSc HRM degree in 2025, with a specialization in Human Resources Management (CIPD Accredited).

Throughout their time at The Open University, Ann also pursued various postgraduate modules and level 3 modules. In 2023, they completed a postgraduate module on the Role of the Human Resource Professional. In the same year, they also finished another postgraduate module on Workplace Learning with Coaching and Mentoring. In 2022, Ann undertook postgraduate modules on Business Human Rights Law and Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainable Creative Management, and Project Management. Additionally, they completed a level 3 module on Leadership in a Changing World in 2021 and another level 3 module on Law, Society, and Culture in 2023.

Prior to their studies at The Open University, Ann earned a BSc degree in Textiles and Fashion Design Management from Heriot-Watt University between 1998 and 2000. Ann also holds a diploma in Fitness and Nutrition from ICS Learn, which they obtained in 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Ann has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training diploma from Camyoga. Ann also holds certifications in Advanced Employment Law, Digital Transformation, Master Diploma in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Scrum Master Certified (SMC), P3O®, APMG AgilePM Foundation, Yoga Teaching, AMPG Change Management Foundation, AgilePM® Practitioner, AMPG Change Management Practitioner, and Prince 2 Practitioner.

Ann also became a member of CIPD in November 2022.
