Nate Swartz

Nate Swartz has extensive experience in talent acquisition, having worked in various roles across different companies. Nate most recently served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Reading Truck since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at OraSure Technologies from 2021 to 2022. Nate also held the position of Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Penn National Insurance from 2018 to 2021 and worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Prudential Financial from 2011 to 2018. Nate began their career as a Recruiter at Staffing Plus in 2003, where they worked until 2011.

Nate Swartz obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication from the University of Delaware, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications in the field of recruiting, including Elite Certified Recruiting Expert (ECRE) from AIRS powered by ADP in February 2020, Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) from AIRS powered by ADP in December 2019, Certified Social Media Recruiter (CSMR) from AIRS, an ADP Company in November 2017, Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) from AIRS, an ADP Company in November 2017, and Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) from AIRS in June 2015.
