Laura Luuho is a Customer Success Manager at ReadMe. Laura began their career as an Information Technology Support Specialist at Church World Service in October 2016, where they provided support for the organization's IT systems.

Laura Luuho earned their Bachelor of Science in Information Management and Technology from Syracuse University. Laura followed that with a Master of Science in Information Systems from The City College of New York, specializing in Management Information Systems and Services.

They work with Tori Armendariz - Head, People Operations, Phoebe Hersh - Head, Business Operations, and Lyli Najar - Product Experience Manager. Their manager is Gregory Koberger, Founder & CEO.
