In 2012, Nam joined Ready At Dawn Studios and started as a Scripter. Nam held this role until March 2015 when they transitioned to become a Tools Programmer, a position they still hold, and for which the end date is unknown.
Nam Ho received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UC Irvine in 2010. Following this, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science at California State University, Fullerton.
