Oliver Maw

Oliver Maw has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of design. Oliver started their career in 2000 as a Lead Digital Designer at Skandia, where they were responsible for various digital outputs and managing a team of junior designers. In 2014, they joined Estee Lauder Group of Companies as a Senior Digital Designer.

From 2015 to 2018, Oliver worked as a Senior UI Designer at FestivalPro, a management and ticketing solution for live events. Oliver played a crucial role in the project's inception and led the UI design, including a major redesign and introduction of a design system.

In 2017, they transitioned to Charlotte Tilbury Beauty as a Senior Digital & UI Designer, leading all aspects of digital output and managing a team of digital designers. Oliver collaborated closely with UX and content teams, front-end developers, and project managers to create responsive and user-friendly experiences to drive sales and increase conversion rates.

Oliver's career has included several contract roles as well. Oliver worked as a Senior UI Designer (Contract) at Maru/Matchbox and The BIO Agency, where they designed comprehensive design systems and collaborated with product owners and engineers.

In 2020, Oliver took on various contract roles, including Senior UI Designer at Greenlight, Senior Product Designer (Contract) at Fresh Relevance, and Design Director and Senior Product Designer (Contract) at Ready Burger. Their work involved designing user interfaces, creating design systems, developing high-fidelity mockups, and rapid prototyping.

Currently, Oliver is working as a Senior Product Designer (Contract) at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Their responsibilities include designing and creating product interfaces.

Oliver Maw completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Product Design and Marketing from the University of Southampton. Oliver attended the university from 1998 to 2000.
