Richard Katzenstein

Richard Katzenstein has over 25 years of experience in the real estate and finance industry. Richard currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of Strategic Partnerships at Ready Capital. Prior to this, they worked at Marcus & Millichap as the National Director and Senior Vice President of their capital corporation. Richard also has experience at Freddie Mac, where they held the position of Managing Regional Director for the Multifamily Production & Sales division. Additionally, they worked at Tannery Brook Partners/Cortview Capital as a Managing Director, overseeing origination and execution teams. Earlier in their career, Richard was a Senior Managing Director at MMA Realty Capital and held the role of Managing Director at MONY Realty Capital, developing origination strategies and launching new capital lending products.

Richard Katzenstein earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing/Management from the University at Albany, SUNY, from 1979 to 1982. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Finance at INACTIVE-1703030558-LIU Brooklyn from 1982 to 1983.
