The executive team at Ready Capital has a long history of experience in the financial industry. The team's president and chief operating officer previously worked at Newtek Business Services Corp., and managing director at Brevet Capital Management. The team also has a senior vice president who used to work at Lehman Brothers. All members of the executive team have a business degree from Florida A&M University.
