ROLE TITLE

Marketing Intern

Working with some of the world’s most recognized Universities and Colleges, Ready Education (“Ready”) provides the platform students use every day to be successful. We’re currently offering a full time paid internship. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who is extremely passionate about marketing and sales and is keen to take his or her experience to the next level. Your existing skills and experience will be complemented by ‘hands-on’ guidance and on the job training in a number of areas.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Marketing Intern will directly impact our vision and mission of helping students succeed by bringing more institutions and students onto the Ready Education platform through prospecting, qualifying, and discovery efforts for pipeline generation whilst supporting wider Marketing initiatives and operational processes. This position reports to the Director of Performance and Partnerships and your primary objectives will be to: 

  1. Qualifying inbound leads and conducting strategic outreach activities.

  2. Support marketing campaign activities through a combination of content creation for strategic sales  sequences and campaign execution.

  3. Support marketing operations such as ensuring good data hygiene and effective processing of company data.

  4. Support the Sales function with operational and administrative support, including territory research, data analysis and process optimization.

  5. Provide go to market support across Europe, Asia and Pacific ensuring a smooth customer journey between Marketing and Sales.

In this role, you will frequently speak with a variety of decision makers and senior leaders at Higher Ed institutions about their goals and objectives regarding student success, retention, engagement, and mental health. You must be comfortable speaking on the phone or through email and excited to help these leaders shape the future of the college experience. 

You will be highly collaborative with Sales and Marketing team members and be happy to support and contribute to processes and initiatives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities, providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects to the sales team.

  • Provide input/insight into student life for students today, assisting in curating collateral and content towards acquisition marketing efforts.

  • Assist in research and discovery tasks on Higher Ed institutions in the Europe, Asia and Pacific regions.

  • Support leadership, marketing and sales teams in campaign and operational tasks.

  • Provide go to market support across Europe, Asia and Pacific including tasks such as preparation for events and data processing.

  • Ensuring a smooth customer journey for contacts between Marketing and Sales.
