Don Ross

Don Ross is the current COO at READY Education. Prior to this, they spent four years at Trustpilot as the President- Americas & Global Chief Commercial Officer. During their time at Trustpilot, Ross was instrumental in growing the company's combined revenue/bookings from $45M to over an estimated $100M+ by hiring an All-Star team and developing go-to-market strategies to help efficiently scale the business. In addition, Ross helped lead a transformative new pricing and packaging project with outside consulting firm which increased Trustpilot's volume of new accounts and also the average price per sale by 20%. Part of the small team which successfully raised $55M in series E fundraising, Ross partnered with Morgan Stanley (London) in an extensive process culminating in a $55M raise at a substantially higher evaluation above the series D round.

Don Ross has an Executive Continuing Education from Harvard Business School in Sustainable Marketing Leadership and a Masters of Advertising from Michigan State University in Marketing & Advertising. Don also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Denison University in Political Science.
