Umid Rakhimbaev

Umid Rakhimbaev, ACCA, currently serves as the Global Controller at Ready Education since August 2023. Previously, Rakhimbaev held various positions at Aetion from February 2018 to July 2023, including Director, Financial Controller, and Accounting Manager, with responsibilities as Financial Controller starting in May 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in late 2017 and Assurance Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Uzbekistan from September 2014 to October 2017. Rakhimbaev began a career in auditing at LLC “Komil Ishonch” from August 2013 to September 2014 and had managerial roles at Universalbank and Samarkand Bank, where responsibilities included organization and coordination of departments and promotion of banking services. Additional experience includes positions at the National export-import insurance company "Uzbekinvest." Rakhimbaev holds a Master's degree in International Finance from Tashkent Financial Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Samarkand Institute of Economy and Services.
