Ilira Lipivani

Ilira Lipivani has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Ilira is currently working as the Manager of Financial Services at Smartwork, where they are responsible for analyzing accounting and financial data, managing balance sheets, and ensuring the accuracy of accounting processes. Ilira also collaborates in the preparation of tax declarations and related reports.

Prior to this, Ilira worked at Deloitte Albania and Kosova. Ilira started as a Senior Consultant, where they were in charge of the Italian clients portfolio, providing accounting, tax advisory, and bookkeeping services. Ilira reviewed bookkeeping records, tax returns, and financial statements according to national accounting standards and/or IFRS. Ilira also served as a Team Leader for Global Employment Service projects. Later, Ilira was promoted to the role of Assistant Manager, where they played a significant role in establishing the TAX Region13 Department in Albania and coordinated collaboration with Deloitte teams in Italy.

Ilira also served as a Project Manager at Pangea Accounting Services shpk, where they were responsible for managing projects in Albania and leading the accounting project for Italian enterprises. Ilira handled staff recruiting, professional development, and training.

Before that, Ilira worked as a Senior Consultant at 2B1 Group SRL, where they specialized in accounting, bank accounting, payroll services, and back office operations. Ilira also gained experience as a Treasury Specialist at International Commercial Bank, where they assisted the Chiefs of Finance Department and Loan Department with data analysis and treasury back office activities.

Ilira's career started at Value Service, where they worked as a Consultant for a brief period.

Ilira Lipivani has a diverse education history. In 2004, they completed their General High School Diploma at Petro Nini Luarasi in Tirane. Ilira then went on to attend the Università degli Studi di Siena from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Scienze Economiche e Bancarie (Economic and Banking Sciences).

After their undergraduate studies, Ilira pursued further education at the Università degli Studi di Siena and completed their Laurea Specialistica (Master's degree) in Economia e gestione degli Intermediari finanziari (Economics and Management of Financial Intermediaries) in 2010.

In 2015, they attended 24ORE Business School for a short term, undertaking an Executive Master program as an Esperto Contabile (Expert Accountant) but did not complete a degree.

Recently, in 2020, they obtained a certification in Coordinating with others from the Università degli Studi di Siena.

Currently, Ilira Lipivani is pursuing a Master Post Laurea di II Livello (Second Level Postgraduate Master's degree) in CFO Direzione Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo (CFO Administration, Finance, and Control) at Università di Pisa, which they started in 2021.
