Wesley Smith

Wesley Smith has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. In their most recent position, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ready Seafood Company starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer from January 2022 to October 2022. Wesley also worked as the Vice President of the company from March 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining Ready Seafood Company, Wesley worked at Pilgrim's for several years. Their roles at Pilgrim's included Complex Manager from September 2017 to March 2021, Asst. Complex Manager in February 2017, Operations Manager from August 2016 to February 2017, Plant Manager from February 2016 to July 2016, Shift Manager from March 2015 to January 2016, and Senior Operations Management Trainee from June 2014 to February 2015.

Prior to their tenure at Pilgrim's, Wesley worked as a Construction Cost Control Consultant at R. L. Townsend & Associates, Inc. from April 2011 to June 2014. Wesley also worked as a Logistics Manager at Ecolab from 2010 to 2011 and as a Distribution Supervisor at Caterpillar Logistics Services, Inc. from 2009 to 2010.

Wesley Smith completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Studies at Duke University from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Baylor University from 2006 to 2008 where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Distribution Management and Technology.
