Keela R. has held various customer service and client relations roles throughout their career. Keela began their career at AT&T in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative, where they handled over 100 calls a day and resolved billing and general account concerns, while also generating sales for wireless, cable, and internet products. In 2015, they joined DogVacay as a Customer Care Representative, and was later promoted to Supervisor and Manager of Customer Care. In 2017, they moved to Stem Disintermedia Inc. as Manager of Artist & Client Relations. Most recently, they have been working as Manager of Client Services at Vetted PetCare since 2019, and is currently employed as Customer Success Manager at Ready, Set, Food!

Keela R. attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2011 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology/Criminology. Keela also obtained two certifications from YouTube in 2017; one for Asset Monetization and one for Content Ownership.
