Anika Sharma

Anika Sharma is an experienced professional in the fields of mentorship, genomics research, and project coordination. Currently serving as an Academic Mentor at ReadyEdgeGo since September 2020, Anika previously held the position of Genomics Research Associate at EVERY™ from May 2021 to April 2024, focusing on designing DNA and RNA sequencing experiments to improve protein production and reduce the environmental impact of factory farming. Anika also worked as a Quality Technician at Cornell University, where project management was led for a randomized controlled trial on biofortified foods and maternal/child health in rural India. In addition, Anika completed an internship at Stanford University School of Medicine, investigating the misdiagnosis of chikungunya and dengue viruses in Kenya. Anika holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Health from Emory University.
