Kathleen Pearson has extensive work experience in various companies and positions. Kathleen began their career in 1988 with the American Red Cross Training Services, where they served as the Service Delivery Manager for Training and Health & Safety for nearly three decades. In 2015, they joined Team Life Inc. as the Director of Training & Partnerships and worked there until April 2020. In the same year, they also started working at ReadyGlobal as the Principal/Vice President of Operations and later joined Colliers Engineering & Design as the Learning & Development Manager in December 2020. Additionally, Kathleen served as the Training Manager at Maser Consulting from December 2020 to February 2021.
