Gayla Carle

Gayla Carle is an experienced professional with a diverse background in workforce training and project management. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator and Instructor at readySC within the SC Technical College System since October 2012, Gayla contributes to initiatives that enhance South Carolina's workforce in collaboration with 16 technical colleges. Previously, from June to December 2009, Gayla held the position of Senior Proposal Manager at Cydecor, Inc., and served as Proposal Manager at Arrowpoint Corporation from December 2005 to April 2009. In addition to professional roles, Gayla has been a farmer at Ashwood Hearth Farm since November 2008. Gayla holds a Master of Public Administration from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Towson University.
