Lily Jampol

Lily Jampol, Ph.D., is a seasoned expert in organizational psychology, diversity and inclusion, and behavioral science, currently serving as Chief at an unnamed organization since March 2023 and as a partner overseeing services at ReadySet since June 2018. With a strong background in strategic business operations and team growth, Lily has driven innovation through the development of systems and processes, project management, and client relationship management. Previous roles include consulting for GLG, leading diversity and inclusion practices at Employera, and conducting research at the British Academy as a Newton International Research Fellow.
