Willie Jackson

Willie Jackson has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as the Founding CTO for The Domino Project. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as the Director of Web Optimization for W3 EDGE. In 2015, they became the Founding Technical Lead for Seth Godin's altMBA and held that position until 2017. In the same year, they became an Inclusion Strategist for InclusionVentures, where they worked until 2018. From 2015 to 2018, they were also the Founder & Publisher for Abernathy, a media company focused on producing content for black professionals. In 2018, they started several roles, including Business Development at Refound, Creative in Residence at The Battery, and Head of Growth | Partner at ReadySet. Willie continued with ReadySet in various positions, such as Head of Learning & Development | Senior Team and Consultant & Lead Facilitator | People Manager. Additionally, they co-created the ReadySet Ally Skills framework during their time there. In 2023, Willie Jackson became the Head of Growth | Partner at ReadySet. Willie also had experience as a Keynote Speaker, Writer, & Producer for their own website, williejackson.com, and served as a Curator, Producer, & Facilitator for the Let's Get in Formation Dinner Series in 2018. Overall, Willie Jackson has a strong background in inclusion, leadership, and content production.
