Srinivas Raghavan

Srinivas Raghavan has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Srinivas is currently the CTO of ReadySet Surgical since 2016. Prior to that, they worked as the President & CEO of iYOUSE Inc starting in 2009. Srinivas also served as an Adjunct Professor of Wireless Health at Case Western Reserve University from 2011 to 2021, where they co-developed the program of Graduate Studies in Wireless Health and taught courses on wireless health user experience engineering and new product development. Before that, they were a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at West Wireless Health Institute from 2009 to 2011. Srinivas spent a significant portion of their career at Qualcomm, where they were the Director of User Experience from 1998 to 2009. Srinivas developed expertise in user experience and managed a global user experience team, primarily focusing on wireless products and services in telematics, healthcare, and satellite/cellular telephony. Additionally, Srinivas worked as a User Experience professional at Compassites Software Solutions from 2007 to 2009. Earlier in their career, they were a Staff Manager of Human Factors Engineering at Wingcast, a joint venture between Ford and Qualcomm, where they led the design team and developed user interface specifications for telematics products. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Globalstar and as a Senior Software Consultant at Lucent Technologies.

Srinivas Raghavan completed their education in a chronological order, starting with their MSc(Tech) in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which they achieved between 1983 and 1987. Srinivas then pursued an MS in Computer Science from The Ohio State University from 1988 to 1990. Following that, Srinivas earned a PhD in Computer Science with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction from The Ohio State University from 1994 to 1998. Finally, they obtained an MBA with a focus on Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management between 2006 and 2008.
