Jose Filomeno Saldanha

Jose Filomeno Saldanha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both engineering and aviation. Currently serving as a software engineer at ARCTEC ENGINEERING SERVICES LTD., Jose has also been a captain helicopter pilot for the Air Force Real Property Agency since April 2016. Additionally, Jose is an instructor pilot at Real Art, a position held since December 1975. Academically, Jose earned a bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Leipzig University, studying German Language and Literature, and completed high school with a focus on aviation at the University of Oxford.
