Brad Schell

Brad Schell is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors. Currently serving as Product Manager and Implementation Manager at Real Estate Business Analytics (REBA) since August 2021, Brad specializes in integrating data analytics solutions for the rental housing industry. Prior to REBA, Brad held various roles at Irvine Company from August 2015 to August 2021, culminating in the position of Director of Revenue Management. Brad's earlier career included positions as Senior Financial Analyst at OneWest Bank and Loan Analyst at ECCU, among others, showcasing expertise in financial analysis and revenue management.
