Gregory M. Santin is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate banking. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Banking at Regions Bank since 2022, Gregory oversees operations across Florida, focusing on key markets in South Florida and beyond. Additionally, Gregory holds a position as an Officer and Board Member of the Real Estate Lenders Association for the South Florida Chapter. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Seacoast Bank, where efforts were directed towards establishing the bank in the Miami-Dade market, and Senior Lender at TD, responsible for new loan origination.
