Dan Wingard is passionate about providing space for people to recognize the intrinsic value they already have. From that perspective, he believes the door is open to embracing expertise in whatever area they choose to grow into. Negotiating from the place of not having anything to prove, truly listening to the needs of others and learning to best communicate the benefits, he has found to be quite powerful. Teaching this ability through RENI leads to students' exponential success in all areas of their lives.
Dan has been actively investing in real estate and negotiating for over 30 years. He has been a licensed Realtor® since 1998, having led top producing real estate teams, and offices, as well as training agents in productivity as a coach. He is a licensed real estate instructor in the state of Washington and currently manages a John L. Scott office in Redmond, WA.
Prior to getting into real estate, Dan was a professional drummer, playing local clubs and casinos as well as teaching aspiring percussionists. He still enjoys playing drums, occasionally taking on a local gig, likes songwriting, strumming a guitar, singing and recording a bit, and has combined motivational presentations with music.
