Jack Weissman

Jack has been the CFO of Real Floors since 1994 and is universally recognized due to his longtime involvement in the Atlanta and Mid-Georgia Apartment Associations, where he has served on their BOD and received various awards. Jack also serves on the BOD of the Georgia Apartment Industry Education Foundation, where he and his wife Ellen helped establish and run their annual Peggy Waskom Super Bowl fundraiser. He also collects industry birthdays and enjoys sending birthday wishes to his extensive list every day. Prior to joining Real Floors, Jack worked for 9 years on the owner/manager side, primarily with The Sterling Group, which developed and managed apartment communities in several states. He has an accounting degree from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and received his CPA while working with Price Waterhouse in Tampa, where he was born and raised. Jack enjoys spending his free time working out and traveling (mostly to Disney) with his wife Ellen. He also has 2 sons, Scott and David, along with a stepson, Tyler, and a stepdaughter, Teryl.
