Andrew Patrick

Andrew Patrick is a Technical Support Specialist at Real Green Systems since October 2020, bringing extensive experience in technical support and system operations from previous roles. Prior to this position, Andrew served as a Senior Technical Software Support Specialist at Henry Schein One from June 2014 to October 2020, where responsibilities included troubleshooting the Henry Schein One suite of practice management software for dental offices. Andrew's background includes military service in the US Army from 2008 to 2013 as a 25N Nodal System Operator and Maintainer, supporting communications during deployments to Afghanistan. Andrew began their career as a Bench Support Technician at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company from April 2005 to August 2008. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University, complemented by studies at Blinn College.
