Leonardo Gonçalves

Leonardo Colli Gon, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in innovation and project management within the healthcare and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Innovation Project Manager at Reckitt since July 2019, Leonardo manages healthcare project initiatives and innovation across Latin America. Previously, at Reckitt, roles included overseeing product development for OTC brands and personal care lines in Brazil. Leonardo’s background includes significant tenure at Whirlpool Latin America, focusing on cost reduction, product sourcing, and new product development. Earlier career experience includes positions at Kraft Foods as a project engineer and process improvement lead, as well as an internship at Johnson & Johnson. Educational qualifications encompass an MBA in Project Management from FGV and a Post Graduate degree in Business Management from FAE Business School.
