Hayley Carmichael is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience, social media management, and illustration. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Host at Real Ideas Organisation since July 2022, Hayley previously held roles as a Museum Assistant and Social Media Assistant at Park Pharmacy Trust, and as a Freelance Illustrator at CarmyInk.
