Matt Dayton

Matt Dayton is an experienced professional in social media management and advertising with a strong background in event promotion and youth ministry. Currently serving as the Director of Social Media Management and Advertising for Better Man Event since January 2020, Matt has collaborated with Next Level Creative to enhance awareness and attendance for major events. Additionally, Matt has been involved with Real Life Christian Church and Real Talk since 2016, focusing on social media communications and management. As the Founder and Creative Director of Next Level Creative since January 2015, Matt has also developed a personal brand on Instagram, @matt__dayton, which showcases a lifestyle centered around surfing and adventure, achieving a following of 23K. Previously, Matt was the Director of Youth Ministry at Orlando Union Rescue Mission from February 2001 to December 2014, where responsibilities included managing youth programs and curriculum development. Matt holds a high school diploma from Altamonte Christian School and completed further education at Palm Beach Atlantic University.
