Brian Lang has a diverse background in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently, they serve as the CEO and Board Director at Real Matters Inc. Prior to that, they held the position of President and COO at Real Matters from 2019 to 2020. Before joining Real Matters, Brian worked at Mastercard where they served as President, Canada from 2015 to 2019. Brian also held various roles at Mastercard, including Head of Market Development for the Middle East and Africa, General Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and VP of Global Commercial Products for Europe and Canada. Brian also has experience at CIBC as Vice President, Process Engineering, at Aeroplan as General Manager, Partnerships, and at GEM Group as an Account Lead. Brian began their career at LANG & Associates as an Account Lead.
Brian Lang attended Crescent School from 1979 to 1987, where they achieved the Ontario Scholar designation. Brian then attended The University of British Columbia from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor's degree. In 2020, they completed the YPO Executive Program at Harvard University.
