Marianna Costello is a Strategy & Development Manager at Real Nation, starting in January 2024, where responsibilities include addressing commercial and organizational challenges through behavioural science. As Co-Owner of Blow-In Coffee since June 2020, Marianna oversees a popular café that employs up to 10 staff during peak seasons. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Strategic Partnerships Specialist at LearnUpon, managing SaaS partnerships and contributing to revenue growth from April 2022 to January 2024, and creating content at The Decision Lab from November 2020 to April 2022. Earlier roles include Market Advisor and Market Executive at Enterprise Ireland, a Sales Operations & Strategy Intern at LinkedIn, and a stagiaire at the European Parliament. Marianna holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Trinity College Dublin and a Master’s in Applied Psychology & Economic Behaviour from the University of Bath, also studying at EM Strasbourg Business School and Sciences Po during 2013-2014.
